Antique Albumen Portrait Print of Old Man in Early Wooden Oval Frame 14"x12"

Up for sale is a gorgeous Antique Portrait Photo Print in an early wooden ornate oval frame.
The photo is likely an albumen print of a Carte De Vista Photo. This is where they would take a photo of an existing CDV photo to get a larger image. It is in an Early oval shaped brown wooden picture frame with black bands and a beaded gold gilt band on the inner rim. This frame is cool in the sense that it gives you the ability to insert a square or rectangle shaped photo in it.
There is a small chip on the inner edge of the frame and a few tiny chips, abrasions and scratches scattered throughout the frame. There is a spot at the bottom of the frame where it was previously chipped and the piece was glued back on. Otherwise the piece is in great condition and displays beautifully. I believe the backing piece and hardware are Vintage replacements.
