Up for sale is an Antique Photo of a boat in the water in a Cast Iron Black Victorian Gilt Picture Frame. Circa 1910-1920.
Featuring a black & white outdoor photograph of a boat in the water, the photo is signed "Rome City, Ind". The photo likely dates to 1900-1920s. The photo is in a black cast iron gilt Art Nouveau style picture frame that it likely the same age as the photo, maybe 1890s.
The frame and photo are in very good condition. There is light usage wear but overall the item displays beautifully. The backing piece may or may not be original, it is soldered in place (not by me) so it will take some determination if you want to swap out the photo for your own.
Measurements are approximately:
Frame: 3 1/4" x 4"
Fits photos up to: 1 3/4" x 2 3/4"
This is an antique item and may have manufacturers imperfections which do not affect the display of the piece.
