This is a beautiful and decorative vintage handmade metal Picture Frame with glass.
This piece is made of metal and yellow brass color with lovely marine scene ( crabs and seaweed) in relief.
The item has some discoloration to the metal

The opening in the frame measures 4 inches high x 2 1/2 inches wide.
