Milk preparation (with powdered milk): Prepare 170 ml of infant formula of your choice (according to the described preparation form). Pour the prepared formula into a dish and dilute 18g of corn potato and Bio Holle tapioca (about 3 to 4 tablespoons), stirring well. Allow to cool to the appropriate temperature (about 37 ° C).
Semi-dairy potato (with milk and water): boil 100ml of whole milk and 100ml of water and let cool to a temperature of about 50ºC. Pour this mixture into a dish and dilute 25 g of corn potato and Holle Bio tapioca (about 5 tablespoons). Allow to cool to the appropriate temperature (about 37 ° C).
Preparation with breast milk: dilute 25g of corn potato and Bio Holle tapioca (about 5 tablespoons) in 130ml of warm breast milk
Non-dairy potato: Boil 200ml of water and let it cool to 50ºC. Dilute 25g of corn potato and Holle Bio tapioca (about 5 tablespoons), add 1 teaspoon of baby food oil (or extra virgin olive oil), stirring well until reaching the desired consistency.
Non-dairy potato with cereals, fruit or vegetables: mix 20 g of Corn potato and Holle Bio tapioca (about 4 tablespoons) with 100g of fruit puree in jar or fresh fruit puree and a teaspoon of baby food oil (or extra virgin olive oil). Add water, if necessary (about 90ml, boiled at 50ºC). Alternatively, you can use 160g of vegetable puree and add 2 teaspoons of oil.
