    I have had this hanging for 30 yrs. Hard to let go. The frame is beautiful with it's eagle and flags suited for a hero. On the back reads Sgt. Elmer Keith Costigan son of Mrs. Sarah E. Seeley. Born Jan. 11 1931 Killed in Korea Nov. 5-1951. I did research on Elmer type inn the Korean war project  he was in the army Dickinson KS. I posted his phot there and also where he is buried. He had a twin brother that accompanied his body after death back to KS. on the link Find a grave.  Convex glass. Or perhaps you have a relative that you would like to honor in this frame.
