LARGE VINTAGE GILT METAL PICTURE FRAME-ELABORATE SCROLLS w/ AMBER GLASS JEWEL

Description

Large ornate gilded picture frame with beveled glass amber colored jewel at the top.  The frame is in excellent pre-owned condition and measures 16" by 12 3/4" at maximum points. The glass will hold up to an 11 1/4" by 9 1/4" photo.
I am thinking this is probably made by Globe as I am listing a matching tabletop framed clock that matches the frame.  The frame however is unmarked.
