    Delicious fruit and a protective ground cover.  ‘Ruby Ann’ strawberries are both ornamental and edible with showy deep red flowers.  They are self-pollinating and produce small, sweet, aromatic scarlet-red strawberries.  These strawberries are great in hanging baskets.
    To plant, make planting holds deep and wide enough to accommodate the entire root system without bending it.  However, don’t plant too deeply: The roots should be covered, but the crown should be right at the soil surface.
    Price is for 1, 2 or 3 plants freshly dug the day of shipping.
    Plants will be shipped bare root in moist medium without pot or soil.  Plant immediately and water regularly until established.  Plants are shipped Monday - Wednesday to ensure they do not spend a weekend at the post office.
