Vintage Antique Oval Tin Swivel Picture Frame & embroidered Handkerchief

Description

Has some missing paint, it is a dark purple ish color. Cardboard inside frame looks almost burned, has staining.  There is a embroidered handkerchief inside the frame, on display.  The back leg moves around to fold flat then to set up.   Inner frame measures 6.5 x 4 3/8.
Used items, may have dirt/dust or stains in spots.  Wiped down with disinfecting wipe.
