Could use a cleaning. As it has been in an old persons basement.
It’s not a new jacket. It’s quite old. But for the age still in great shape. There’s a rip by the sleeve as shown
Looks like there were straps on the bottoms to go into your boots but they were likely a pain and cut off. See pics.
